Fill and sign PDF forms online

Open a form — a W-9, a contract, a quote, an application — and fill it right in your browser: click a field to type, tick checkboxes, drop in dates, and add your signature or initials where they’re needed. Standard PDF forms (AcroForm) keep their real fields; on scanned or flat PDFs you simply click anywhere and type, so a paper form someone photographed still works.

Filling and signing your own forms is free, unlimited and local: the file is processed on your device and never uploaded. One honest limitation — XFA dynamic forms (a rare, older format) aren’t supported for field-filling. We tell you up front and offer whole-page signing instead of rendering the form incorrectly. Files up to 50MB and 200 pages work fine.

Common questions

Can I fill out a scanned form?

Yes. On a scanned form there are no digital fields, so you click anywhere on the page and type — plus place signatures, dates and checkmarks wherever they belong. We don’t run OCR, so the existing text isn’t editable; you’re adding a clean layer on top, which is exactly what most forms need.

Can I save my signature for next time?

You can fill and sign without any account at all. If you’d like your signature saved so the next form takes 10 seconds, create a free account with just your email — no password, we send you a magic sign-in link.

Which forms are supported?

Standard AcroForm PDFs — the format used by W-9s and most business, tax and HR forms — plus any flat or scanned PDF via the click-anywhere text layer. XFA dynamic forms aren’t supported for field-filling; password-protected PDFs are unlocked locally, and your password never leaves your device.
