Sign a contract online — or send it out for signatures

Need to sign a contract someone sent you? Open it in your browser, click where your signature goes, sign, and email it back — about 90 seconds, no account. In self-sign mode the contract is processed locally on your device and never uploaded.

Need other people to sign? Upload the contract, place the signature fields, and enter each signer’s email — everyone gets a secure link at the same time and signs from any device, no account required. You see who has viewed and signed in real time and can send a reminder. When the last person signs, everyone receives the final PDF with a completion certificate: a full audit trail of who signed, when and from where, sealed so any later change to the file is detectable. Sending goes through our servers encrypted in transit and storage, and files are auto-deleted 30 days after completion.

Common questions

Do the people I send a contract to need an account?

No. Signers click the link in their email and sign — no signup, no app, no password. You can also copy the signing link and send it yourself over WhatsApp or SMS. If the contract is sensitive, add an access code that you share with the signer separately.

Is an online contract signature legally binding?

Electronic signatures are recognized for most business contracts under laws like ESIGN (US) and eIDAS (EU). Every contract sent through FairSign includes a completion certificate with a tamper-evident audit trail — who signed, when, from which device — and each signer explicitly consents to signing electronically. Some document types have special requirements, so check the rules that apply to you — this isn’t legal advice.

What does it cost?

Signing your own contracts is free and unlimited. Sending contracts for signature is free for 3 requests a month; Pro is $12/month for unlimited requests — and unlimited means unlimited, with no “100 per year” fine print. Cancel anytime for $0.
