Refund Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every subscription comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked, full refund — one per account. One click and the money goes back to your original payment method, handled by Paddle.

This applies to every subscription — Pro and Business, monthly and annual, standard and regional pricing. The 30 days count from the day you were charged. It's one no-questions refund per account, and a refund returns your account to the free plan.

2. After 30 days

After 30 days, annual plans are not refunded pro-rata. We’re telling you here, in normal-size text, so you never find it out the hard way.

Monthly plans simply run to the end of the month you paid for — cancel and no further charge happens. And because we email you 7 days before every renewal, monthly or annual, “I forgot to cancel” can’t quietly cost you a year’s fee here.

3. How to get a refund

Email [TODO: CONTACT_EMAIL] from your account address within your first 30 days. The refund is executed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Paddle’s processing typically completes within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Cancelling is not the same as refunding — and costs nothing

Email us and we cancel it — effective immediately, cancellation fee $0. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

No exit interviews, no “retention specialist”, no early-termination fee of any kind — cancelling only stops future charges. If you are also inside your first 30 days, ask for the refund too (section 1).

5. Credit packs

The $7 credit pack (10 signature requests) is a one-time purchase: nothing renews, nothing auto-charges, and unused credits never expire. [TODO: CREDIT_PACK_REFUND_RULE — owner decision + counsel: PRD defines the 30-day guarantee for subscriptions only; decide and state the rule for unused/partially used packs]

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in (for example EU consumer-protection rules). Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.

7. Where this policy lives

This policy is part of our Terms of Service, and the pricing page states it in exactly the same words — if you ever spot a difference between the two, tell us at [TODO: CONTACT_EMAIL] and the more generous reading applies.
