Yearly plans
Paying yearly ($120 for Pro) is cheaper than 12 monthly charges. You’re billed once a year, and we email you 30 days before an annual renewal — plus the usual 7-day reminder — so a large charge never takes you by surprise.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your billing settings. There is no cancellation fee. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop back to the free plan — your templates and history stay put.
Refunds
Any paid subscription can be refunded within 30 days, for any reason, no questions asked — one refund per account, and it returns you to the free plan. Refund requests are handled within 24 hours. Receipts & payment
Payments and receipts are handled by our payment provider, which emails you a receipt for every charge. If a payment fails, nothing is charged and your free plan keeps working — see Troubleshooting for common fixes.
